    What We Do

     

    Pediatric gastroenterologists are physicians who are trained in pediatrics, and have completed additional training in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition. Specialists focus on infants, children and teens with digestive, nutritional and liver disorders.

     

    Conditions We Treat

    Our specialists treat children with problems affecting the digestive system and the liver, gallbladder and pancreas, and perform a variety of diagnostic tests, including endoscopy (capsule and traditional), colonoscopy and esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). They also perform biopsies, provide IV nutrition and are trained in the placement and management of feeding tubes. Physicians’ areas of expertise include:
