The Westchester Medical Group (WMG), one of Westchester County’s largest multi-specialty medical practices, has just signed a lease to occupy 31,662 square feet at 2700 Westchester Avenue in Purchase, NY. This space will serve as the company’s corporate headquarters and will provide ease of access to other properties that WMG occupies within the County. |

The Westchester Medical Group’s physicians announced today they have been granted approval by the New York State Public Health Council to build an ambulatory surgery center on the campus of WMG’s 1 Theall Road offices in Rye. Construction of The Rye ASC, LLC will likely start in early June 2009 in a currently unoccupied space on the ground floor of the medical office. A grand opening is expected by the end of this year. |
