Did You Know Tai Chi Can Help with Your Diabetes?

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that can improve balance to decrease the risk of falls which are often effected by diabetes neuropathy.  Today it is practiced as a graceful form of exercise involving a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.  It is a self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching.

Tai Chi instructor, Carolyn Hoffman, will show you how to improve balance and coordination, build lower body muscle strength and increase postural stability.  Please wear comfortable clothing.
